The first time was alright, but the second time around (after 9 months waiting for parts), it left the shop with a cheap replacement battery not up to spec for my car (which they made me pay for), two new dents - one above the rear bumper and one on the driver's door, - large scratches on the trunk lid and front fender, and the bumper isn't attached properly (one corner is clearly detached and sitting an inch off the quarter panel, even a child could see it's not right). The owners/managers are really nice guys, I'm sure they work hard, but the techs that are working on the cars are clearly amateurs or lazy and nothing is inspected properly before being sent out the door.
