Not only do they genuinely care about their customers and do everything they can to help them through a difficult time, they take great care of their employees as well.

After getting into a fender-bender back in the fall, Joe and the rest of the folks in the office helped me through the process and answered all my questions, and began ordering parts.
However, my insurance dropped the ball somewhat, and left several necessary parts out of their estimate. One of our parts suppliers also shipped the wrong fender at one point. With the general parts-shortage on top of that, it took a while to get everything.
I didn’t have rental coverage on insurance either, but the shop let me take one of their little shuttle cars in the meantime when mine finally went in to get fixed. Didn’t ask or expect that, but was extremely grateful.

Once repairs actually began, things moved pretty quickly, and it was fixed a few days earlier than expected. My front end (hood, bumper, grille, front fenders) look even better than when I bought the car.
I would have been happy if they just did the bare minimum, but our guys in the paint shop went above and beyond blending the new paint with the original. Completely flawless, like it never even happened.

I would happily recommend this body shop, and would give them a higher rating if I could ❤️👍 Read less

Their customer service is exceptional. There was a bit of a administration issue which had a cost impact but I was extremely pleased with their problem resolution and definitely puts the customer first
