My Mustang GT got hit in July 2022. The first body shop I went to (FixAuto) told me that they couldn't meet my expectations and took over a month to tell me they couldn't order my aftermarket front end. Then I went to Assured, filled out their online form and sent the vehicle damage pics as requested and heard from NOBODY for two weeks!

I decided to try CSN BEMAC Orleans. I met Derrick who immediately looked at my vehicle and confirmed to me that they could do the work and do it properly. He was completely transparent from the beginning and rather than lying about time frames like the other shop did, he told me exactly what to expect and why. True to his word, things progressed exactly as he promised. My 2005 Ford Mustang GT's front end had to be completely changed as I could not order the accidented body kit front end (Cervinis Eleanor kit). I had to start from scratch. New bumper, new grills, new chin spoiler, new headlights, fog lights etc...

I'm not an easy customer, I am very picky and specific about what I want, especially when it's work to be done as a result of a no fault accident...

Derrick and Carmen at CSN Orleans were patient with me (more than I would have been) lol, they addressed each one of my concerns item by item and offered extremely helpful advice regarding each one. This was not a simple insurance claim and a few obstacles had to be overcome but again, Derrick was extremely transparent from day one to vehicle pick up day and at the end I am a very satisfied customer.

I can't thank Derrick enough for his time and patience with me and I wouldn't trust anyone else to touch my vehicle going forward unless he recommends it. Thanks very much for your efforts finding a 3rd party company who can install the matching stripe kit for me in the spring.

Listen folks, it's post-Covid times, it's post trucking disputes causing delivery issues for parts all over Canada. You won't find a body shop that can take your vehicle TODAY. Impossible. It will take a while at any body shop as they are all weeks if not months behind. Some places will tell you "next week" and will keep telling you that and making excuses. Trust me, go to CSN Orleans. They won't lie to you. The date they give you is the REAL one. The advice they give you is the RIGHT one. The customer service and communication is THE BEST. The work and final results are AMAZING.

Do yourselves a favor and go there right away, especially through insurance accident claims.
