Absolutely amazing service and result. The experience of having my car hit in a parking lot, damaged extensively, and the person who did it took off, was upsetting. Mark and his crew were fast, honest, and made all the paperwork for insurance very smooth. The work on the car was beautiful! ❤️This was my best experience ever. All other companies said No, were rude, acted like they were superior and barely had time for a few words on the phone. I called Otter Point Collision and Dave answered, listened and kindly talked to me about what they could do, then stated he’d talk it over with the owner, Mark. They had my car delivered from the ICBC yard the next day, and fixed my car in 1.5 weeks; perfection. Oh yes, and it was done just before Christmas!!! Otter Point Collision is the best in the lower mainland. These guys talk to you, not down to you. They are kind, respectful and just great people. My car was fixed to perfection, and they called me to go over everything that would be done while walking around w me in the shop and showing me directly on my car. They took care of everything and I am so grateful. 10/10 I will only go to OPC from now on.
