But I had a very positive experience at Penny Auto Body and so I would like to show my appreciation by leaving a comment or two. I brought in my Volkswagen for a body repair claim and a separate windshield repair claim. An appointment was effortlessly set up for both claims in-person and any Emails I had sent after were answered in a timely manner. I was even provided with a courtesy vehicle during the repair. The repair itself was done within a few days and the job looks amazing! All the sensors behind the windshield are working as they should. I would not hesitate to go back if I were to need repairs again. There are probably some things I may have left out, but I can not thank them enough for the job well done and the short turn-around time. Read less

The second time I needed my car fixed right away and they were able to do it for me due to my situation. I will definitely come back in the future if I need car services. 100% recommend them. Great service, they were able to see me the next day on my model S for a window chip repair. Many glass places are avoiding Tesla, glad to see this Tesla approved shop able to help on short notice.

We used Penney Auto Body several times. We are very happy with a customer service and quality of work. We hope we don't need their services in the future but if we do, we'll definitely use them again.

Communication and customer service was excellent and straight forward. They made an effort to fit me in while other shops (called 4 others) couldn’t get me in for another month based on car damage. Highly recommended.
