Very happy with everything. Morris is delight to deal with as are all the staff. The shop was ready for me when I arrived at our prearranged appointment time, quick paperwork and rental car was ready, clean and over 1/2 tank of gas. In and out in 10 minutes. Front end damage was repaired, car painted and back in my hands the next day at 4. Amazingly quick, my car delivered washed and interior cleaned. Efficient, friendly and a well oiled machine. A very satisfied customer.

Amazing service !!! I felt like I was going to a relative's shop. I was there on an ICBC claim and so glad I chose Penney Auto Body & Glass. I called in and told me to drop by anytime for them to assess the situation but was sure to tell me that service wouldn't be available till a month after. I agreed. They gave me an earlier date (same month). Morris also gave me a heads up on the GST thing (that i erroneously registered under) that saved me future headaches. When someone canceled their appointment, Morris called me to let me know! (who knew there was a wait list?! ) My car was fixed early, a courtesy car was lent out, the car was washed and detailed! Morris called earlier in the morning to confirm pick up to accommodate my schedule. They made my week! Thank You!!!

Penney auto body runs as a well oiled machine. The staff are friendly, the service is quick. I drove from Langley and it was well worth the extra two hours driving. They even washed and vacuumed it for me which was a pleasant surprise! 10/10 for Penney.
