What a great experience, from making a claim to CAA, to getting an estimate, to picking up the completed car! David and Kristina were awesome. Fast and friendly service. Where to begin, Christina & Dave are hands down the best of the best!
We were having some troubles with our truck knowing the possibility of so many other things that could have been wrong with our truck after an accident. The insurance company wasn’t doing a very good job at all. Taking their sweet time and trying to whip things together by pieces
Thankfully for Christina being so knowledgeable and understanding the proper way things should be done the fight came to an ending!
I would recommend them to absolutely everyone.
Our vehicles should always be done safely.
Not only to protect us but our young ones who come in our cars with us!
I was so concerned after the first estimate from the insurance company. Especially knowing my children would be going back in a truck if it was “fixed” but Christina knew my concerns and made sure the truck was checked properly.
I couldn’t be more thankful for Christina and the Simmons team for going above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of.
The way they respect their customers is absolutely amazing.

The staff at CSN Simmons were wonderful to work with. Very efficient at getting quotes to insurance company. They even set up the car rental to be at CSN when I took my car in. Dave had my vehicle ready before the initial date order. Workmanship was nicely done

Thankful to be alive and able to give a well deserved review for a great team at Csn Simmons Start to finish! David and Christina keep you very informed on the progress of your vehicle as it moves forward in the shop. Mark is a talented employee he takes great pride in his work and I highly recommend having him totally involved with the Simmons team. This truck was in my budget and always took extreme care of it. When it came time to pick it up after 2 months since the accident it was a more then pleasant surprise. First went for an estimate and they were very friendly and professional. Next set up an appointment to get my vehicle fixed. They were very courteous and said they would bring me home when dropping it off. It was done earlier then they had estimated and was better than expected. It came back better then when l had left it. It looked like a brand new vehicle. They even went one step further and detailed the interior. I really was amazed. What a awsome job. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asked. I would give them 2 thumbs up. 👍👍

Had a minor issue with my driver door not closing in my MINI COOPER. After many mechanics turning me down to even take a look at it, my wife recommended Simmons. After talking with them that morning they ensured me to look at it that day. After a quick meeting they took the car. From the amazing reception to the clean garage bays I was taken care of with top honors. I drove by the other day and wanted to stop in just to say HI and thank you again... that's an amazing impact.
