My truck was involved in a collision at the end of November 2022 with some significant front end damage basically leaving it non drivable.

After a very lengthy battle with another shop in the area and my insurance company i did not want my vehicle repaired there in favour of csn in walkerton performing the repairs.

After my first initial email that i sent out and an almost immediate response i knew that i was going to be looked after, and motion was set forth to have my truck taken there and from the moment i met with AJ and the team and getting to tour the facility i knew that the quality of work was going to meet and exceed my expectations.

The communication that followed after i left it with them was clear and precise and even found damage that the previous shop over looked and was brought to my attention definitely set me at ease that there professionalism was top notch. I just picked up my truck today and it looked exactly as the day i purchased it with both an interior and exterior detail the team at CsN definitely went above and beyond in providing the best customer service i have had to date and should be the standard of any repair shop should strive to achive.

I was in an accident back in December and brought my car to CSN to be serviced. They went above and beyond my expectations and my car is back in my hands looking brand new. They did very well at communicating with me about when parts would be in and when my car would be fixed. I was worried about having to clean my car once it was time for pick up as after the accident the inside was a complete mess as well and they went above and beyond by cleaning and detailing the whole inside and even went as far as to picking up all the items that were thrown around. Excellent service, friendly, professional, prompt and as a bonus - detailed my truck after they finished the repairs. That was just such a wonderful surprise. Will most definitely use CSN again (though hopefully no more accidents soon!)
