They returned my car absolutely spotless (it definitely needed a cleaning after the winter lol). Wonderful experience dealing with Zenetec! The ladies in the office are so friendly and helpful. They assisted me with setting up my insurance claim and arranged the rental car for me. I received text message updates with the status of my vehicle repair and was very pleased with the service and ease of dealing with a stressful collision experience. When I picked up my car I received free month of car washes. Highly recommend!

The entire process from the quote to having the repairs completed was handled professionally, politely, promptly, with knowledge and quality work. They were in communication with my insurance company, arranged the rental car and had it waiting for me. Upon completion of repairs cleaned the interior of my car. I met Erica and Rachelle at the front desk. Both ladies were excellent and looked after my concerns and book my appointment, shuttle and kept me in the loop on what was going on. My repair was handled in a speedy manor and I got my car back earlier than I was expecting. It even came back with an interior detailing. This was unexpected. Thank you all at Zenetec!!

Entire process was very well managed.. quote was done quickly and efficiently.. with no surprises. While parts were delayed a couple of weeks, I was kept apprised and accurately rescheduled. I was provided with proactive text updates on stages the vehicle was in for progress. Vehicle finished up a couple of days ahead of when promised. Most importantly, the repair is excellent (no issues at all with tech, sensors, cameras etc that required re&re.). Car was delivered back detailed inside and out.. a great surprise as the car looks like new! Very pleased with result.

Day of appointment for repairs easy check in rental arranged and waiting. Recieved text updates on repair status. Zenetec met their time lines.

Vehicle repaired, excellent job.All body lines correct. Paint blended seamlessly on areas surrounding replacement parts. Very happy with entire process.

Took my car in for repairs after a collision. Booking was very quick, easy, and efficient. They made all arrangements for the car rental for me. Car was repaired earlier than expected. They cleaned my interior while it was there. Had one minor issue. Called them up, and they brought me in immediately to correct it. Very impressed! I would highly recommend this location.

I had front end damage to my car after hitting a deer. My insurance company sent me to Zenetec. They were fabulous to deal with from start to finish. They arranged my car rental, kept me updated on the progress of the work being done. Ended up being ready sooner than anticipated. Picked it up yesterday and was very happy. Looks brand new.
