So I appreciated all the detailed steps that helped me to understand about what repairs were needed, costs, length of time & the transparency from the beginning to when I drove my car away. All the Staff who were part of the repairs were all courteous, knowledgable & their expertise was excellent. The updates I received regarding the progress were really helpful & appreciated. From the onset, the staff were professional and explained the process in great detail. They were always available for my many questions and provided regular status updates. With the current demand on material and parts, this created unusually long delays. Zenetec provided regular updates to both ourselves and the insurance company, keeping us out of the dark.
Once the vehicle was complete, it looks wonderful. The repairs included the entire passenger side from bumper-to-bumper. There is no evidence the damage was ever there.
Would not hesitate to use Zenetec again, if needed or refer them to our closest friends and family.
