Having Enterprise car rental next door was a big plus (even though that office was closed due to the pandemic). The whole process of communicating with my insurance company, Dana's and Enterprise went really smoothly, with friendly, helpful, knowledgeable employees across the board. Never fun to have someone damage your car, but I was really impressed with how painless the whole process of getting my car back to 'perfect' was - AND it was ready earlier than anticipated. Read moreThree years ago Dana's repaired the front of our car after a collision with a deer. A few months ago I noticed paint peeling from a section on the front. I stopped at Dana's to see if I could get it touched up. After inspecting it, I was told that yes, it was peeling and it was covered by their warranty, and when could I bring the car in? I brought it in when we arranged it. They had it for two days and when I picked it up it was not only fixed, but the car had been cleaned inside and out and polished -- it looked better than it had since the day we bought it. Cost? $0.00. Would I recommend Dana's? Just ask me. Read less
