Connecting in Excellence at WIN’s Second Annual Virtual Conference
Themed “Connected in Excellence,” this fully virtual event brought together technicians, estimators, managers, and support teams from across the industry for two days of learning and networking.
Chaired by the inspiring Leila Hobart, the conference highlighted the importance of women’s voices and leadership in collision repair. Keynote speakers Erin Killcoyne-Solis and Tifarah Senkow shared their journeys, offering valuable insights on navigating and thriving in the industry. These stories not only celebrated individual achievements but also spotlighted the collective strength of women, driving innovation and excellence in collision repair.
“The conference provided a supportive environment where women empowered and uplifted one another. Every question was welcomed; every perspective valued, and judgement had no place. Together, we shared our experiences, built meaningful connections, and helped pave the way for a future where every woman has the confidence and opportunity to shine,” says Jody Tse, Human Resources Advisor at Lift Auto Group.
“The event inspired women to see what’s possible and showed them how they can be part of the change. By bringing compassion, confidence, and opportunity into our workplaces, we can create cultures where women thrive as leaders, are recognized for their contributions, and are celebrated for their success.”
Attendees participated in technical breakout sessions on relevant topics such as structural adhesives and AI in estimating and engaged in virtual speed networking sessions designed to foster connection.
The event not only highlighted the importance of skill and strategy but also emphasized the value of community within the automotive industry.
