CSN COLLISION CENTRES ADDS ITS NEWSEST LOCATION IN ONTARIO

CSN continues to expand with the latest addition to their growing network of market leading collision centres. CSN Town and Country, a dealer-owned repair facility situated in the community of Perth, ON becomes the 100^th location under the CSN banner in the province. “We are excited to add another repairer to the roster here in Ontario,” said CSN Collision Centres Vice President of Sales, Larry French. “CSN is proving that we have options for repairers regardless of their ownership structure and the value of our business model extends to independent or dealer-affiliated locations.”

CSN Town and Country Manager, Bob Steed, oversees the business operations. A veteran of the industry and a lifelong member of the community, Steed has been in the collision and auto body repair business since 1976. Repairing vehicles is in his blood. His father owned a body shop and he found himself working in the trade at a young age. “I painted my first vehicle when I was 12 years old,” said Steed. “I still love the business and the team we have here at Town and Country keeps me going. We have a ton of young and enthusiastic technicians, and we get amazing support from the dealership.”

The 15,000 sq. ft. repair facility plays a crucial role to the driving community in Perth. With its proximity and business relationship to the Chrysler dealership, the importance of high-quality collision auto body and paint repair is paramount to the customers in the area. “Our staff is focused, and we’re all pointed in the same direction which means we work as a team to make sure every customer gets exactly what they expect when they come to Town and Country and that’s an outstanding experience,” Steed said.

The decision to partner with a banner network as a dealer-owned repair centre was an easy one for Steed and his team. With a regular stream of working coming from the dealership clientele and gleaming reputation within the community of Perth there was a ton of competition for the Town and Country facility. Steed isn’t a newcomer to the collision landscape, and he did his own research about what the future of collision repair at his location was going to look like. “I reached out to some of my contacts that are in the CSN network now and asked them if they felt like joining CSN was the right choice for their business and every single one of them said yes.”

CSN Town and Country became an official CSN Collision Centre on May 17^th, 2021.
