CSN Collision Centres Give a Puck

Food insecurity is a harsh reality for many people living in the Okanagan but thanks to the 2023 Average Players Who Give a Puck tournament, Central Okanagan Food Bank just received a much-needed boost.

Presented by the Okanagan collective of CSN Collision Centres, owned and operated by Lift Auto Group, the tournament invites local golf and hockey enthusiasts to participate in the tournament that starts with breakfast golf at Shannon Lake followed by a series of 3 on 3 hockey games.

Proceeds raised through tournament sponsorship and player registration were donated to the Central Okanagan Food Bank. Lift Auto Group’s CEO, Mark Reineking, a devoted hockey fan, player, and coach jumped at the chance to play in the tournament “This initiative speaks to the Okanagan. Hosting a tournament that includes two top pastimes; golf and hockey, is a unique and fun way to rally support for a valuable community resource like the Central Okanagan Food Bank.”

The event was deemed a huge success with approximately $16,000 going to help feed our community.
