D’ALESSANDRO FAMILY ANNOUNCES ADDITION OF THIRD COLLISION CENTRE IN GTA

Icons in the collision repair industry in Canada, the D’Alessandro family, owners of CSN 427 and CSN Avenue, have expanded their collision repair operations to a new location in the GTA. The recent acquisition of CSN Heartland B&B – now renamed CSN Heartland – gives the D’Alessandro family a footprint in the Mississauga area. The move provides the driving community of the region with the trademark service and high-quality repair they are accustomed to receiving from a CSN Collision Centre. “We’ve had two locations for a long time and now adding a third in a high-traffic area is a great opportunity for us,” said CSN 427 and CSN Avenue President, Lorenzo D’Alessandro.

The acquisition of CSN Heartland means that the drivers, dealerships, and insurers in Mississauga will have access to the trust, comfort, and outstanding service synonymous with the CSN brand. The landmark transaction is significant for the D’Alessandro family who are known throughout North America for being one of the most technically proficient and innovative collision repairers in the industry. The new location presents an opportunity to continue to develop their market leading customer service model in an impressive 18,000 square foot facility, already equipped with tools, equipment, and technician training that satisfy the OEM certification program requirements for BMW and MINI.

For CSN as a national brand on a path towards rapid expansion in Canada and the U.S., the deal means that CSN retains a state-of-the-art facility and outstanding customer service and repair staff that represent the core values of Canada’s market leader in collision repair. “We never want to lose one of our owners who to us are like family, but if someone in our network does decide to sell their business, we want to explore every option to keep that location in the CSN network, and we now have a number of solutions in place to accomplish this objective” said Ryan Bruno, CSN Collision Centres President & CEO.

CSN Heartland is located just south of HWY 401 at Mavis Road and Britannia Road West.
